Add npc inzoi to family

Hello is there a way to add npc zoi to my current family?

you can get a cat , but i am not sure if that counts as a npc.
but each zoi does its own thing if you dont tell them too.

you can also change there personalities i got married to a girl who wanted to be a criminal and she was doing everything in her mind to do criminal things with me.

as soon as i change her too relationship things the bully in her stopped and she because as lovely as a beautiful flower.

personalities and traits can make things very interesting.

I was actually asking about adding a Zoi NPC that I met on the street and befriended to my family. Is there a way to invite them to join, like through relationships or some other method?

You can; M -> Manage Family -> All Families -> Move Zois Between Families.

Can we add Zois to the town and give them homes (but not be under your control)? This feature was common in the Sims - I could populate a town with whatever premade Sims I liked. Is that possible here?

I was wondering if zois you download on the in game browser can be added to the city. So far I only seen them as a present on character creation in a new game

Yeah, you can. I've tried this after putting zoi presets into new homes without playing them

This only works for premade Zois. The random ones won't even show up

If you get the romantic bar up and ask to marry, and then choose the option to get married, you can transfer the zoi to your household.
