Im not understanding while it wont launch, but i am so hurt. I just bought an acer nitro v just for this game :(

What could be the issue?

Your PC is below minimum requirements in some way.

Go to Steam client > Help > System Information

Copy and paste here the following info:

CPU Brand:
Driver: 
Driver Version: 
Driver Date: 
DirectX Card: 

In Windows > Start Menu > Settings > System > About > Windows specifications

Hit "Copy", and paste it here as well:

Intel UHD graphics is not supported on hardware level so it won't boot up.

If your laptop has another graphics chip, provide the same info about it.

Sorry I am not tech savvy. It does say something about NVidia on here , would that be related to graphics ?

Yes.

You can see GPUs in for example Task Manager or in Device Manager in Windows.

MX450 is a 2GB card and is below minimum requirements on that merit alone. The game has a video memory check and requires at least 6GB there of.

Thanks so much for your help. I have to send my laptop back to the acer repair center since they didn't install the nvidia graphics card. You were very helpful with finding the root cause. I truly appreciate it!

Hey, i faced the same issue. Try to check you antivirus, because my antivirus quarantined one of the game's .dll files. After i restored the quarantined file and make an exception, i can resume the download again without problem. hope this help.

In fact when I tried opening after the loading it all the screen of my PC was black...
