From what I saw on Marvel Rivals (another UE5 game), people reported that Intel ARC drivers under Linux do not correctly support int64 atomics in main branch of Mesa driver, though there should be some upstream improvements already so you may experiment.
Your OS does not support DX12 Agillity SDK, your AMD GPU driver is 2 years old, and you probably did not update the Nvidia one either.
