Potential scam with a parasite site on Canvas ?

This is the third time i have to rewrite this post as Steam does not seems to accept my original one and it is very annoying !

I am incredibly dissatisfied and much worried about the CANVAS system.

To acces CANVAS, i am forced to scan a QR Code, then to input my VISA Card data.

This leads to [m e d i a t e v i p (dot) c o m]

i had not noticed that at the bottom of a wall of text, a button is AUTOMATICALLY checked.

This acceptation button leads to 2 recurrent paiements of 64.75 euros each 14 days.

My Bank send me a SMS to validate my buying of 0.10 euros on the site of [E k r a n o ltd], so i did not validate.

This is incredibly shocking !

So now i will have to check that this company who's got all my VISA data including the cryptogram does not uses it without my will.

Any feedback about this ?

What?? Scanning the QR code for Canvas should not require you to enter any card details, so that must be a scam.

I pressed a button to verify, didn't scan any code, it took me to a Krafkon account page that was just like "this you?" I was like "Yup" and was good to go. At no point did I have to put in any card info.

Report the QR code to the devs as it should not be doing that.

yes, truely a scam directly linked to the game's Canvas inscription procedure, i am extremely
worried and shocked.

How can i report the issue to the game producers and ask them to sack this off ?

That is a DEFINITELY a scam. I had no problems scanning the QR code. Try the inzoi canvas website... Try creating an account that way. https://canvas.playinzoi.com/en-US/explore

You probably need to post this to their Mods in discord, no mods seem to be around in discussions here. But don't post this whole message at once there, might get you flagged/timed out/banned there

thanks for infos.

in fact i was surprised to have to input my data, but it was from an "offial link" from INZOI, and my first attempt to connect to Canvas told me "you cannot acces to Canvas as you age has not been verified".

So, i thought that the VISA data were to check i was over 18.

DEVS, please, check this and act against it !

They have auto moderation bot as well, might flag/timeout large message, plus the spaced Links, thats what I mean.

Thanks, i edited my title not to engage the responsability of Canvas managers that are surely not aware of this issue.
