Skipping work / speed up time

is there a way to fasten the time to skip work? like when you sleep the time jumps to 30x . would be nice to do something like that for the working hours aswell

Same bruh I'm only playing one zoi and i literally stare at the screen doing nothing while they work/sleep

I would like this as well. I get you can have multiple zois but i wanted to start with one and build up my family. Sleeping and work KILLS me. I have found tho that sometimes sleep can speed up if you don't have any pending notifications...Work however is always painful...

It's going as fast as the engine can allow safely. It even let's you go faster with the slider under the speed icons but the engine disables mouse inputs because clicking anything will crash the game. The game is still in early access so probably as things get more stable the speed selection may get faster.

you can change length of the day in settings -> simulation, if you haven't done that yet. not ideal, but it's still a bit faster

My speed up on sleep starts to drop off at 6AM. My game also doesn't jump into 30X speed if it is not night-time. I imagine like 99% if not 100% of all Zois are put to sleep by AI and as such there's nothing to simulate, while with work, there are still Zois walking in the streets and therefore the game tries its best to simulate NPCs even if you're not there to interact with them.

I even dont experience a difference between the "normal" 5x and the extra 8x
