How can I adopt pets and interact with them in the streets?

I second this question. I do suspect without research it isn't released that far yet. You can buy pet items and affect animal spawn rates in the world but I wasn't able to interact with any.

You can't, this feature of the game was an actual lie lol

they are decoration, they dont do anything

They just haven't been implemented yet as playable / adoptable pets, they're just decoration in the streets for now and you can't interact with them. If I remember the roadmap properly, they shouldn't be implemented to the game before August at the very least

As far as I know, you can interact with Pandas but not crocodiles (I tried both.)
