Canvas doesnt load

Hi guys. I used the demos for collecting zois.
Now i bought the EA and try to download my zois, but canvas doesnt load.
White screen with a loading symbol spinning, but nothing happens.
Any fix for that?

My Canvas Account seem to be link with the game though. I can see my Account next to open the Canvas Screen with latest notifications.

no Problem with Canvas.
The Destop image was white for me at first, but when I moved the mouse to where the X normally is in Browser on the monitor, everything reappeared.

When I click on the monitor to open Canvas, it briefly shows white but then loads everything

To me it doesnt work.
It loads the canvas for infinity.
It loads and loads and loads. Nothing happens. :(
