Anyone Found a Fix for Pop-Ins? Game is Unplayable Without It

Has anyone found a fix for pop-ins in Inzoi? Right now, it's unplayable to me in its current state if I can't find a solution to improve the rendering and view distance, as objects keep appearing suddenly as I approach them.

Yeah, I got it on ultra in 2k. Still major issues with it, and the beach is insanely bad. If anyone finds a fix, please post it here. Thank you.
