Which CPU do you have ?
me too.
I tried updating the BIOS and drivers, but it's the same.
My PC Specs:
i7-14700KF
RTX 4070 SUPER
Or, if you are not confident with this procedure, bring your PC back to the shop for warranty inspection since this entire Intel debacle should be covered by that.
I also am using the i9-13900K. I'm on latest BIOS of course, and have completed rounds and rounds of performance test and Nvidia driver reinstall to check that I do not have the CPU degradation.
Since if that works, it's still the CPU that's likely at fault here, and if it can't meet base specs, it is eligible for replacement from Intel.
Systems with Intel 13th and 14th Gen CPUs
Systems using NVIDIA RTX 40 series GPUs

No I never tried underclocking, I always use stock Intel Default Settings. What I understand about Intel gen 13 / 14 issue is that if the degradation already happen it's there no matter what you do.
I don't know, you could be right, but I never had issue compiling shaders, running Cinebench, reinstalling Nvidia driver, or burning the CPU with multiple performance test tools.
All I can say is that after several game reboots I could run the game without problem. Good luck to everyone getting the game to work!! (-;
