I am playing on a nvidia GTX 1660Ti and it is running ok. I am not having any issues with it. My pc is 10 years old too but it is running ok. Don't have the high setting on but it sill looks amazing.

NVIDIA RTX 4090.
Runs smooth, better than The Sims. But of course The Sims has hacks in it.

My 10 year old pc, I don't think you can buy the first 2 anymore. Happy that the game even starts, let alone plays really well. Even as an early access game it still has more than what the Sims 4 had when it first came out, in my opinion. Happy Gaming!

Motherboard - Gigabyte Z97X-SLi
Processor - i7-4770K
GPU - GeForce GTX 1660Ti

Download the inZoi creative studio, if that works on your pc then the game will too. That is what I did before I brought the game.

Mine is windows 10 pro, I can't upgrade to Win 11 not hardware compatible so eventually I will buy new one but for now I am happy to keep this one running.

How do you turn off RTX
Forgive my ignorance about this
I've seen this only video I've found
Using the game with the NVIDIA GTX 1650 card
up to high level (which is already rare)

running on 1660 super with amd ryzen 5 3600x.. runs pretty smooth but im out putting it to a 4k tcl 42 inch in 1080p... so its a bit blurry but playable
I think I'm going to wait
I just read on the internet that the company plans to adjust the minimum requirements as much as possible so that we can all enjoy it
