Why can't young adults date?

Why can't young adults date? It doesn't make sense, both young adults and teenagers date in real life, I don't understand why it's blocked.

Note 1: Teenager with teenager

NOTE 2: I have now discovered where the error is, when creating a zoi there are some ages which are, child, young, young adult, adult, middle-aged adult and elderly, however, in the game, we have the teenager, and I thought that the "Young" in the creation of a zoi would be the "Teenager", but apparently we have another age in the middle between child and young, hence the problem, I do not know if it is a translation error or if it should be like this, because the child icons have a cap with a balloon, the teenager is a cap without a balloon and the young is a university cap, I created a new game and for some reason the "teenagers" disappeared and now there are only the "young people" and now the "young adults" have spawned in the city.

I'm sure part of it is that this is an Asian made game. We're very focused on education in our youth, and wait until adult life to start dating.

For YA -> YA, press "More", then there's the category "Romance". If you're not seeing it, report it as a bug.

Guys, I created a mess because of my English, sorry, I'll fix it, in my game, I can't relate to other young adults and I asked about teenagers with teenagers.

Except the age of consent in Korea was 13 till not that long ago, and still 16 now.

Sadly this is not the case. It's actually a fairly basic system that can be easily gamed. In my playthrough, I've cucked three different men because I was just seeing if it was possible. I even created a family and still had the same thing happen. Doesn't matter what the wife's traits are, you can romance them. It is a bit more difficult with some, but there's no loyalty lmao. I literally made out with a guy's wife while he sat and watched TV. I then slept with her, he walks in, turns around, goes back to watching TV. Afterwards I asked him about his marriage and if he likes guitar. We became friends.

Even though it's a h-game, Artificial Academy 2 somehow had a more complex relationship system than this game. There were penalties based on traits, certain traits made people more loyal, behavior affected how they viewed you, and cheating was actually difficult and had consequences. As far as I've seen, you can openly cheat and nothing really happens. Hopefully the make the system more complex because as it is, it's ocean wide and puddle deep.

even if that's the case, its still a sensitive subject involving minors.

its a controversial gray area risky topic that can damage reputations forever,
its not a wise move to add it into a game aimed to sell to the world-wide market.
it'll give free ammo to bad actors to use it to get ahead in life.

best to let mods handle adding this feature behind close door from the public eyes.
