Apartents and lots are far too big and money is everything but rare. Basically all you need to do is marry, and you won't have to go working for a while.
I don't think this is a thing? Where did you find any kind of console in the game? There's nowhere to type anything in the psycat guide, what is the psycat menu?

The game is in early access. This means it can change a lot. If they get enough feedback of the same, they will likely adjust the core mechanics. Really the talk about mods *which* adjust these things is a little too early if you ask me.
I'm a beginner lawyer (not sure about the correct term) with 300 salary a day 3 times a week. Again that's 900/week and my rent is 700/week leaving me with 200/week spare money.
