Unlike what the sims 4 had.
I did not play much of the Sims 4 so I don't know what has been added, mostly played number 3 as 4 seemed like a major step down in almost every way.
That said the graphics of the sims worked in their own cartoony way though.
So yes, let's try to be fair to a game that isn't even finished yet, though you are of course right that it is hard not to compare. Impossible even. Just remember it is not a level playing field.
