Does it run well on steam deck?
I’ve heard it’ll apparently “run fine” on steam deck but I’m extremely hesitant to buy without someone trying it first and sharing what it’s like.

It loads on mine, but it's not getting past a loading screen. It's running at 31 FPS consistently, but it just stays on a black screen after the initial load up. I'm gonna try again, but if it can't load, and my graphics card isn't good enough on my laptop that runs newer games decently, I'm gonna have to do a refund.

Let us know what you come up with please. I'm not ready to give up on this yet, but I'm on limited time this evening.

Read something about a black screen and the sound of a purring cat.
What they did was move the cursor to the bottom left where it changed and clicked.
It brought up a menu. Does any of that work?

Actually, I didn't try that, but I did just change the FPS settings with [...] max 30, then applied the Proton hotfix under compatibility, and it loaded the cinematics. Two so far. I'm at the one with the cat jumping on the desk.

Change to proton experimental. Then turn of steam deck. Hold volume up button and press power button at same time. You're gonna see a screen with setup utility. Click that. Go to advanced tab, Scroll down to UMA frame buffer. change that to 4. Then increase both CPU and GPU to -10. I know it sounds like a lot but I'm currently playing the game smoothly.
I got it to run on experimental but cant click to agree and start. Tips?

I will try that. Possibly tomorrow. Right now, it's running. I finally got to the character creation screen, BUT the places where you need to click are not synced up with what's on the screen, so you have to guess where to click, just to agree to TOS, etc. It's frustrating, and not a cohesive way to play the game. I will sleep on it, and decide what I want to do with tomorrow. Thank you for your help.
How do I fix the misaligned cursor on inzoi? I'm stuck at the main menu and can't click on anything correctly.
