You can rob atms, break into homes ect. But theres no holding people at gun point or anything like that. You CAN fist fight ppl though, and even go to jail if youre caught doing anything illegal

yes you can, yes yoru xoi can be an utter jerk.

BUt it will cause you to be avoided and chased a lot later on. Police will just nab you if even seen.
