I’m on Steamdeck, mouse arrow doesn’t show correctly, just like the demo :(

You need to edit the game setting files to boot the game in fullscreen to get the mouse to work on the Steam Deck.

1. Go to Desktop Mode and open the dolphin browser
2. Browse to the location, "/home/deck/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/3092450/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Local/BlueClient/Saved/Config/Windows/"
3. Open the file, "GameUserSettings.ini"
4. Change the following field value from 0 to 1, "Fullscreen=0" to "Fullscreen=1"
5. Save the change
6. Boot up the game and enjoy the game

Early Access games on Steam deck...

Most games don’t have issues (even early accesses). The problem is it’s too heavy on graphics

I had the same issue with the demo. After a few times trying to adjust the resolution, also putting the command -vulkan -windowed (which I tried to put in here too, but it closes the game saying vulkan is not supported), It eventually started to run fine at full size and no arrow issue.

Mh I only got LastConfirmedFullscreenMode=1
and
PreferredFullscreenMode=1

So I guess it’s already set on 1? 😣

It was the wrong folder actually!!! It runs now!!! The game folder is 2456740 , that was the Creation Studio

Yup, LCD.
Create a Zoi worked great
But crashed after moving in a house ..

I’m guessing I can try buying an empty lot instead of a house, but other people seems to have crashes every once in awhile too

Ok thank you for the reply, I'm really on the fence about buying inZOI now because my PC is outdated now and the only other option is my LCD steam deck :/

Mmh yeah actually Create a Zoi works well, even on max graphics. But some (me included) as you can read are having issues with crashing when starting a gameplay.
I think they’re gonna fix it, but it seems like for now only create a zoi is working

EDIT: Yeah moving into an empty lot still crashes

Ok thanks for the help, hopefully lcd will work at some point :)

Edit: It's working, I've loaded into an apartment and so far so good running in desktop mode proton experimental.

I'm using an OLED, so it's doing the same thing on both.

Really? I tried on Desktop mode and It didn’t even open :o
Are you experiencing crashes or any issue so far? You’re on low graphics?
