More customization options with the actual release?

I noticed the hair/eyebrows/clothing options are somewhat lacking in the demo version. I am hoping that's not going to be the case when the full game releases tonight? Will there be more?

I hope so, unless I missed it there was no option to put on a watch.

There are a lot more options, according to what I have read there are something like 250 customisation options.

I haven't counted, but there are probably around this many in the demo. Whether there will be more upon release later today/tomorrow I don't know, but there are certainly plans to expand character creation in future updates.

Not only did they have watches they had fully custom watches in the demo.

The "full game" isn't releasing tonight, it's early access. Expect a lot to be missing / incomplete.
