Yup, Krafton account is a requirement. Just hit the website (krafton) create your unique id and link it to steam.
Yes Krafton account is needed to play InZOI so that you can upload Zois and buildings in the game and Also you need Wi-Fi to play the game Too

No, you don’t need an account but then you can’t use their Canvas if you don’t have one and all your creations are saved local, at least this was in the demo the case.

I will update this with the correct info as soon I get my hand on early access, I don’t have a Krafton ID and I don’t want to create one. At least not now.

That's the thing I wanted to hear. Don't care for the stuff of others.

Can confirm you can play the early access version without Krafton-ID but then you don’t have access to some functions.

What are those things I don't have access to?

Can I create my characters without restrictions without an account? Play it? I'm not too keen on the social and multiplayer-features.

After checking I think it is only Canvas, the community space, which you can download and upload creations.

You can manually save your Zois/Outfits under the presets and get access to them. This doesn’t mean that this will not change later. It only means that you don’t need an account for now. I remember for the first demo you needed a Krafton Account; this was also the reason why I did not played the first demo.
