Custom Nails/Fingernails etc
In this game will I be able to customize my nails and such? Like can I have a french manicure or maybe gel polish etc?

there were a lot of nail options in character creator so it looks like it.

Yes there are options on various forms of nails and colours/gel polish.
You should download the demo creator, where you can tinker with these things.

I reckon there will come even more when the game fully release or even during EA.
