Failed to upload my Zoi in Canvas
After trying to upload got this notification:

Your creation's file size exceeds the maximum limit. Please upload a smaller file.

Does anyone knows how solve this?

I foresee "YOUR MAMA SO FAT" jokes down there

Nope, only color palette

Save the ZOI on the presets and try to restart the game to see if works.

Done, no use

Error Code: Red? Same difference. You need to remove a few things out of your lot or off your zoi you have created to bring the file size down. that's from what i read.

I want to believe that they broke smth. No use in Canvas then if we can only upload low res textures now. Other days everything worked well

that is a bit of an odd error never seen that the only one I had was when I tried to upload a zoi and the game just crashed but that only happened once

I spent the whole day building a old empty big villa. Did not use AI or own texture. OK it is a big house but except a view items empty. Can not upload to Canvas, I push the button and nothing happens, not even a error message. When there is a restriction on file size this sure would have been good to know before I spent my day for this. My laptop is pretty good and should be ok to play from what it says. I hope they fix it.

Yeah, spent about 12 hours to create clothes set for Canvas. Now its really dissapointing to understand that i probably wasted that time

Tried to turn every cloth off, now it's working. So, I guess it's really the same problem as "Code Red". Really disappointed, spent few hours to create this character only to get an impassable error.
Fun fact that folder with my Zoi preset is around 100 kilobytes. Is this really that many to upload it on your server, Krafton?

take off some clothes for example underwear and shoes size zoya should not be higher than 450 kilobytes

I found a solution that helped me.

Apparently, the characters created before the latest patch somehow conflict with Canvas. I chose a default character from the presets as a dummy, and it worked.

The size of the textures or objects loaded on the character does not matter in this case. I use textures in 4K resolution and there are no problems.

I hope this helps.

don't use any custom prints or logos use basic items that INZOI made, it should work then....(for face save files for early access) if u want to save inzoi made outfits no prints try and use less textures to make the file as small as possible

I'm having the same issue here, right now.
Tried to strip my Zoi of all the clothes, deleted the textures presets and tried to upload again to no avail.
It gives me the "Failed to upload to Canva [04]" error message.
