Leave it to the modders to come out with fully transparent stuff, and even more risque stuff as well.
Sims biggest market is adult women which all those things exist and have massive following for adult mods.
Current underwear look like sports wear, sort of stuff women wear outside to keep their breasts from moving around too much when exercising, as jiggling causes pain in the upper back area after a short while, it's more pronounced with women who have much bigger cup sizes especially (DD onwards). That type of sports wear are to keep them secured and offer a great deal of freedom of movement when out and about as well, not mention dignity. only a pair of trainers is needed of the right colour and that's the type of outfit i'd expect to see at a gymnasium or running along the street on some women.
Actual underwear would be nice.
Adult and teenage women have always been the biggest player group of the sims, and this is trying to target the same audience. No offence half of the player base is female and they have always gravitated to lifesims and the "not cod" games. If you havent notice or are so stupid that you are playing the 12yo boy card on a game that actually knows their audience you probably should just go play cod. Not mention kids have been playing it since their moms and dads see it as an chill game since they also have played when it came out way back when. Dunno how old you are but sims when it launched in the 2000 was a big deal for both male and female players alike. Like all Maxis games back then.
Hope hair and clothing are one of the top focuses.
