They said Sims 5 was not happening but, Project Rene is still in development. So, no one really knows what's going on. If Project Rene isn't Sims 5, what else is it? A Sims MMO?

There are literally articles about it and YouTube videos; they are trying to push Sims 4 mobile because they know it makes $$, and one of the developers who work at EA put the project Rene cancelled in his credits.

They're being weird about the whole thing. Maybe they're just planning a new game after they saw inzoi since it's basically gonna be the GTA version of the sims, Hah

I don't think it's really too much for somebody to ask for a source especially with somebody makes a statement
Providing a source or evidence when you make a statement is pretty common

Everything I have read says that there is no Sims 5, but Project Rene is NOT cancelled. Still no idea what Project Rene is actually going to be, however.

Don't forget there's still paralives InZoi isn't the only simulation coming.
What it's gonna come down to is compatibility & gameplay.
