i wouldn't expect anything less than a resource hog. though yes, i'm sure the developers will eventually optimise the game but that probably won't happen until the very end of EA before release.
and i have the sims and a lot of other games like this one
they can fix this
sad news for people with low end PC
cool game its still in beta
i love AI based games
just to see what they do lol lol
If you're having issues with overheating (especially after only 2 hours!), you might want to:
A) clean your computer
B) Re-apply the thermal paste to your CPU
C) Or maybe even get a better CPU fan.

uhh. Okay? GTA 5 was released 12 years ago.
This is what people mean by how absolutely STUPID some people can be. Please require a small IQ check to post a review.
The sims is a 10 year old game. Just because your computer can handle games from a decade ago, doesn't mean you'll be able to run new stuff.
And unfortunately, you're right, this game is not made for low end PCs. Games have to move on. At a certain point, you need to update your gear, or be happy playing stuff from 10 years ago.
Not crashing not heating up not lagging ..
Def is not a gaming rig heck I'm even a launch model which isn't as fast as newer ones..
