Hmm... I believe that should count as an accessory that should be added later in the game. By the devs or modders. I TOO also wanted belts for my females, so instead I just went with a dress since that's the best I can do with what they have out in demo.

I second this. Also, in the craft menu allow us to craft each individual item that is available in the character creation studio. For example the pants in the character studio length covers shoes I would like to edit pants that stop right at the ankle or top of low-cut shoes.

Yes, I made a couple of tights for the Zoi's.
But share it is not possible in the game :(

yes their are tights. you can then change aspects of them.
