How to access demo from livestream?

The storey say Watch inZOI's Steam store live stream for 30 minutes or more to play inZOI: Creative Studio. I have a steam store livestream tab open in background for like 1h already but still nothing? Do you need to actually have the tab open for it to count?

i "watched" 30 minutes of it from 12:05am to 12:50 am, i ended up microsleeping at the desk. i just left the tab open on the store page on steam, and when i woke up i checked the library and there was the demo.
