Inzoi has modding built in.. You can upload an image and 3D create it in game.

already mods at nexus. once the mod kit comes out you will see alot of mods.

i suspect building a new default anatomically correct male and female bodies and the ability change the shapes of their "features" by sliders are going to take quite a bit of effort and then additional modders bringing in their own take on what female and male junk looks like according to them.

might not see such an ambitious project for quite a bit and that's in between housekeeping WW in TS4.
