How to Report Bugs
To ensure smooth and efficient communication when reporting bugs or issues in inZOI, please follow the guidelines below.


1. Basic Troubleshooting
Before reporting an issue, please try the following steps:

  • Check System Requirements
  • Check Free Disk Space
    • Make sure you have enough storage for the game.
    • Free up disk space by deleting unnecessary files or using an external storage device.
  • Verify the Integrity of Game Files
    • This has resolved many issues!
    • Go to: Steam Library → Right-click inZOI → PropertiesInstalled Files → Click Verify integrity of game files
  • Update Your OS
  • Check Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package version
  • Update Your Graphics Drivers
  • Check for Steam Account or Client Issues
    • If the problem is related to your Steam account or client, please contact Steam Customer Support.


2. If Basic Troubleshooting Doesn’t Help
If the issue continues, please reach out to us through our Support Center on the official website:

  • You can open a 1:1 support ticket, and our support team will assist you as soon as possible.

3. When reporting bugs, Please include as much detail as possible
Providing clear details and including screenshot or video clips that capture the issue will help the inZOI team identify and resolve the issues effectively.

Required Information:
  • Date and Time of Occurrence
  • PC Specifications
    • CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version, DirectX version, Storage, etc.
  • Detailed Bug Description
    • Explain the exact circumstances in which the bug occurred.
    • Describe the steps leading up to the issue and any error messages encountered.

Optional Information (Highly Recommended):
  • Screenshots & Videos
    • Visual evidence can speed up troubleshooting.
  • Essential Files for Technical Analysis:
    • Log Files (for general issues):

    • Dump Files (for crashes):
