What is Canvas?

Canvas is a platform where players can upload and share their creations.
In-game, it also serves as the employee community platform for AR Company's Creators.


Key features

• Uploading creations: Upload 3D models, furniture, backgrounds, and other creations.
• Exploring creations: Like, download, or leave comments on creations from other Creators.
  
• Engaging with the community: Rise through the ranks and gain followers by showing off your creations.

How do I upload my creations to Canvas?

Creations can be uploaded by clicking [Upload to Canvas] in the [Create a Zoi] and [Build Mode] menus.


Uploading character presets

• Go to the [Create a Zoi] menu.
  
• Select a [Zoi Preset], [Face], or [Outfit].
  
• Click [Upload to Canvas]in the top-right.
  
• Enter a description in the [Upload to Canvas] menu and click [Upload].

Uploading building presets

• Go to Build Mode.
  
• Click [Upload to Canvas] on the left.
  
• Select the item to upload.
  
  • Presets for property, rooms, and furniture must be saved prior to being uploaded.
• Enter a description in the [Upload to Canvas] menu and click [Upload].

How do I download creations uploaded by others?

Click the download button in the creation's details page.

Downloading creations

• Click the creation you wish to download and open the details page.
  
• Click [Download].
  
  • If you are using an external browser, click [Schedule Download].
    
  • Creations that are scheduled for download will be automatically downloaded after launching the game.

How do I check my uploaded creations?

• Click [My Profile] in the top-right.
  
• Select [My Creations] from the dropdown menu to view your uploaded creations.

How do I check creations that I've liked or downloaded?

• Click [My Profile] in the top-right.
  
• Select [Liked Creations] from the dropdown menu to view creations that you've liked.

What is Creator rank and how do I increase it?

Creator ranks are ranks assigned to Creators based on their activities on Canvas.

Creator ranks:

• Rookie - Given to players who have just started making creations.
  
• Silver - Given to players who have made some creations.
  
• Gold - Given to players with many popular creations.
  
• Diamond - The highest Creator rank. Given to players with popular creations and high activity.

Raising your Creator rank
Create popular creations and amass more followers!Having other players download or like your creations will help increase your rank.

How does the ranking system on Canvas work?

The ranking system on Canvas is designed to provide all Creators with fair opportunity, as well as to safely manage their communities.Rankings for different categories are calculated differently. The algorithms for these categories are updated periodically to maintain fair use.

Ranking criteria

• Number of likes and downloads
  
• Recency of content (based on upload date)

The following content will not appear on the rankings.

• Creations that violate the terms of service
  
• Creations that have had their rankings manipulated through unauthorized means
  
• Creations that have been reported and are under review

What are ranking updates?
Ranking updates are updates made to the rankings being displayed in real time.

• Daily Ranking → Updated every 2 hours
  
• Weekly Ranking → Updated daily at 00:00 (UTC)
  
• Monthly Ranking → Updated daily at 00:00 (UTC)

What are ranking records?
Ranking records are the final rankings recorded for each ranking period (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).

• Daily Ranking Record → Recorded daily at 00:00 (UTC)
  
• Weekly Ranking Record → Recorded every Monday at 00:00 (UTC)
  
• Monthly Ranking Record → Recorded on the first day of every month at 00:00 (UTC)
