Walls and Railings are not aligned correctly in Build Mode

When building walls I noticed they are slightly shorter then its "grid" area meaning stopping at some spots and placing a 2nd wall next to it will result in a gap. With railings, you can't adjust which part of grid u want it onto making it impossible to make railings along the stairs meaning there will always be a gap. Really hope to see these two issues be fixed before release!

Another thing ive noticed is you cant place tvs on tv stands and cant place cushions on couches. Def needs some work

Really? I was able to place tvs just fine, and the cushions just snap onto the couch. Maybe check for an update?

yeah when I exited game there was an update so ill check again later. but railing only place in the center of a grid and u cant place on sides.
