Apartment Presets need elevators

Checking this game out for the first time and when i finally tore myself away from character creator to explore building mode, the first thing that I noticed as odd was that there are plenty of apartment preset buildings featuring many floors, but the layouts don't have enough space to add stairs to reach the higher levels, and there are no elevators currently available. I don't see the point in these presets until there are elevators lol.

I ran into this too! There's an apartment in Dowon city that has an elevator, but it's not selectable, and neither is the hallway or any of the rest of the building. I'd love to be able to expand that apartment, and maybe add snack machines or something downstairs.
