Graphics card is more than enough, by far. CPU will hold your framerate back though.
Mixing an expensive GPU like that with a 5 year old low-end CPU doesn't make much sense. Surely it's giving you a bottle neck in a lot of games.

if you got 32gb of ram probably recommended at 45-60 fps if you have less than 32 i'd guess maybe 50 or 60 fps on medium? apparently ssds are a big impact on this games performance as well so thats another factor.

You should be able to run the game in Full HD with the lowest settings. It depends on the optimization during early access.
Whether you'll get 30FPS or 60FPS, you'll have to try it out.

In this latest Demo they massively improved the optimization and FPS for me its night and day how much better it runs now.

Don't know about when the game launches on the 28th, but the demo is running really well on a Ryzen 5 5600G, 32gb and a 4060. I got 60+ fps on ultra without DLSS or frame gen there.
