Can Someone Clarify the Watch Time On Steam to Get The Keys Please

what the title said. This stream has a wide start time range based on the UTC release time on Thursday. So PST and EST are going to start sometime later tonight based on the start time. It's also now showing a 8am beta release date on March 20th which is different from the time they released in the stream yesterday. Can someone please clarify the stream time tonight?

CDT? that would ordinarily be 6 hours behind UTC, but the USA has gone through the daylight savings on the 9th, so they are one hour ahead, so that should be 5 hours behind for the moment, so it should be 12am when the drop event starts?
