well, I was excited
These requirements are a complete turnoff for me, I'm not even going to consider this game anymore.
Always online(bad idea)? DirectX 12(using this garbage is a bad idea)? locking out a fairly large chunk of people with the minimum graphics (bad idea)?
I feel like as developers you don't know your audience for this game.

There's DLSS 3 available, if you can't run the game with that then you can stay on Sims 4.
It's 2025 not 2010, people needed a graphical upgrade in their genre and inZOI is this game, all the stay-at-home moms on Sims 4 can ask their "hubby" to upgrade their computer then switch to inZOI.
They stated Steam deck can run this game fine it's def not a gaming rig! Come on anything to cause upset, buy the game if your interested & test it out before the 2 hour mark it's not that complicated, unless your a graphic snob low or medium is just fine for this game...
System requirements for games are always inaccurate

Why is DirectX 12 a bad idea? I think you're confusing DirectX 12 with Unreal Engine 5, which is the cause of many problems in modern games.
I don't get why people care about running this game at anymore then 30-60FPS it's a life sim.
Theres no action or required for precise or quick inputs.
The minimum requirements are weaker than a ps5. I do get hating the online requirement tho.

You expect a game with such realistic graphics to run on a 10 year old PC with integrated graphics cards, maybe?? Or a non gaming laptop? Some of you need to understand that you can't have everything and NEVER have to upgrade your devices! It's a demanding game that requires a powerful machine, that should've been obvious to the eye even without the requirements listed.

SPECS are over exagerated based on maximizign builds and even higher buildigns upto 8 floors. (most will not)

Mid range will do better than you think. THE dlss 3 J sets will work on nvidia. K presets after launch and with a nvidia update.
Minumum specs are bellow current console equivalents. Plus the visuals and scope of the game justify the specs, unlike current AAA games that look much worse and require double the power.

This may actually be a good thing. Sims 4 says they give us the bare minimal b.c they care about the potato computers and this has left others wishing we can have more. Now with both games, simmers with the potato computer can play the sims which is designed for their computers, and people who own a squash can play Inzoi and we can all win.
Is it always online? Because all I saw is that being online is required for Canvas and some other things, but not as a hard requirement to play the game. I don't think the devs mentioned it being an always-online game.

dx 12 came out over 10 years ago. how old is your computer
use geforce now. it will be on there at launch and you can play on highest settings. i will never buy a gaming pc ever again, its so not worth it anymore. gfn is the future.

I'm sorry, but these specs are pretty much in line for a modern game (and is actually below the specs for a PS5). The keyword is MODERN GAME. You should not expect a developer to make a game in 2025 that caters to people with archaic notebooks.

Life simulators are games that should absolutely take advantage of current-generation hardware. They're a genre where you should expect to have beefy CPU requirements, especially.
