I m gonna buy this game, but i have a question could You roleplay as murderer and serial killer here just like in sims 4 ? It will be cool to recreate Bates Motel :) .

Criminals not have any murdering or killing even though they're a minor crimes. You can alter the city to look more broken down doesn't kind of almost post-apocalyptic at this point there's no such thing as murder or killing as that would completely change the rating of the game from Team to mature which is not what they're trying to do. This is not comical or cartoony like The Sims so due to its realism having such thanks for require the game to be re-rated

when modders get around to it, like the extreme violence mod in TS4. It's not something that will come quickly though, it may take some time before the first mods really get put out there and expanded on as the mod maker intends and any ideas sourced from others.

You can't be a murderer in Sims 4 though, not without mods. This game will be the same, wait on the mods.

Nah in Sims 4 without any mods you can move out the doors and brick the wall and wait till sim die of hunger and thirst leaving cool ghost.

Ah but that is player-aided murder, not sims being murderers. We've been doing that since Sims 1 (which had more options, including child murder. Dark.)
