Remove Body TYPE A - B

There is no point to have body type A-B, its only Female and Male, stop that madness, we have seen alot of games failing because of that madness, trying to force something that doesnt exist

Unless things are different in the full game, in the demo when you mouse over the male, female icons in the character creator it says male and female.
