This game shouldn’t be free to play

This game shouldn’t be free-to-play. Adopting a free-to-play model could negatively impact the community by locking most content behind paywalls. While it's true that a free-to-play model might attract a larger audience, many players will likely abandon the game due to excessive microtransactions. I’d prefer a paid game without cut content—DLCs and add-ons are fine, but they shouldn’t feel "forced."

I hope this makes sense to everyone.

and what's your source for that? They didn't even say wether its free to play or not as far as I'm concerned.
And even if it has a 30-70 price tag, it could likely still be filled with tons of MTX, this is KRAFTON after all

from current gameplay, the game offers more content than sims 4 base game does. plus it also has content only available in some dlcs. besides, it has several features that sims 3 had, and that went missing in sims 4

i doubt it will be ftp microtransations because it would go one of two ways
1. game makes modding extremely difficult so people use the mtx feature, no modding in a game like this harms the community, less likely to retain a playerbase
2. game is modding compatible, why buy mtx when you have mods, makes no money
