During sign up, when you accept policies, that moment is the only time you can access those legal documents, and if you leave the game in that moment it auto-accepts the policies when you re-launch the game. That is not legal, and does not count as "valid consent" under ANY country. There is no way to decline after that point without contacting their privacy support.

The real legal document you are accepting. They are not able to be searched with Google. meaning I had to make a new Steam account and new e-mail in order to access that legal information. They made it so unbearably inaccessible, and for this reason:
The Privacy Policy in that states they want to hold on your information even after you have closed your account with them, and that they grab ALL identifiers off your iOS and PC in an attempt to protect a demo playtest of a character creator from "piracy/cheating/toxicity", allegedly.
That unbearably inaccessible document is also the only place in-game that tells you how to e-mail privacy support, and that you're allowed to decline the Privacy Policies ONLY by e-mailing that privacy support.
Just consider what you're "signing up" for. It auto-accepted for me when I left the game after reading the TS/LA/PP because I realized I didn't want to be a part of this.
Are you ready? Check this out:
Go to the inZOI website. Now check this out, the next step is really tricky. You have to either use your mouse OR the scrollbar, and scroll all the way to the bottom. As in the very bottom, until you cannot scroll anymore. Right there, like 99% of websites in existence, are some links like: cookie policies, terms of service, and waddaya know... the Privacy policy.
Huh.
Send the link. Let's see how legit this information is.

Word, I'm proven wrong. It still needs to be on their game. Most "bad companies" like EA and Ubisoft have that information easily accessible in launcher and in-game. There is no reason to not have it accessible in-game unless they're trying to make it only as accessible as legally possible - which is a bad look, especially with their proud use of AI.
But I AM still right in their style of auto-accepts when leaving game due to no Back option in the policy acceptance screen. That is not counted as valid consent under any country. I left the game in an attempt to decline. That is super predatory. It happened for both accounts I tried it with.
Yep! Only way to avoid all this in 2024+ is to use your great grand-mas rotary dial phone, and find your old CRT TV and Nintendo console in the attic somewhere.
You do not have to accept any terms, sign anything, or even connect to the Internet to play this demo.
