people beware this could be a " Scam "
more people sign up and you get all these people linked to your site.
you get there information and you also gain all their activity showing you what they play and how often they log in.

seriously i do not sign into anything until i know what i am signing into.
show me your policy on what your going to use my information on

information flows two ways but what you see is not what i see.
and that data you get from us is nothing what we see.

During sign up, when you accept policies, that moment is the only time you can access those legal documents, and if you leave the game in that moment it auto-accepts the policies when you re-launch the game. That is not legal, and does not count as "valid consent" under ANY country. There is no way to decline after that point without contacting their privacy support.

https://gpp.krafton.io/legal/1942dfaf-5d2a-4028-b55c-5f4e38d17a49

The real legal document you are accepting. They are not able to be searched with Google. meaning I had to make a new Steam account and new e-mail in order to access that legal information. They made it so unbearably inaccessible, and for this reason:

The Privacy Policy in that states they want to hold on your information even after you have closed your account with them, and that they grab ALL identifiers off your iOS and PC in an attempt to protect a demo playtest of a character creator from "piracy/cheating/toxicity", allegedly.

That unbearably inaccessible document is also the only place in-game that tells you how to e-mail privacy support, and that you're allowed to decline the Privacy Policies ONLY by e-mailing that privacy support.

Just consider what you're "signing up" for. It auto-accepted for me when I left the game after reading the TS/LA/PP because I realized I didn't want to be a part of this.

Hate to break it to you bud, you can access the privacy policy any time you want quite easily in fact.

Are you ready? Check this out:

Go to the inZOI website. Now check this out, the next step is really tricky. You have to either use your mouse OR the scrollbar, and scroll all the way to the bottom. As in the very bottom, until you cannot scroll anymore. Right there, like 99% of websites in existence, are some links like: cookie policies, terms of service, and waddaya know... the Privacy policy.

Huh.

That's not the correct one. That's the one for their website and you can decline the cookies at any time in browser. I already scoured Google for the specific legal document for the Inzoi playtest, not to use their website. I had to make a new Steam and e-mail to document the real link. Their websites Privacy Policy is very normal.

Send the link. Let's see how legit this information is.

Sure thing... and it's identical to what you've already linked, so I'm not sure what you want to accomplish. Also, you can go to the website yourself so you know I'm not playing you. But I'll link it here for ease of access I guess.

Word, I'm proven wrong. It still needs to be on their game. Most "bad companies" like EA and Ubisoft have that information easily accessible in launcher and in-game. There is no reason to not have it accessible in-game unless they're trying to make it only as accessible as legally possible - which is a bad look, especially with their proud use of AI.

But I AM still right in their style of auto-accepts when leaving game due to no Back option in the policy acceptance screen. That is not counted as valid consent under any country. I left the game in an attempt to decline. That is super predatory. It happened for both accounts I tried it with.

I'll admit that auto accept is a bit strange. Didn't know it would do that since I accepted anyway. So it shouldn't be doing that. Well hey, at least EA and Ubisoft are doing something right, otherwise I've avoided them for years.

well, I suggest you do not use internet, that's it, is simple. Google, Microsoft, Steam, Amazon, or even all game developers know your personal information without even having to sign an agreement/contract once you open their app, games or any other services.

the worse thing is i could not close out of the demo unless i alt tab out or task manager end task.

things like this that just dont allow you to exit out, it can be a sign because they are forcing you to sign up so just beware this cold be a scam.

and then they make there excuses that they have nothing or do nothing out of the sorts.

at the end of the day if you sign up and you loose something you were not aware of because they made something in such tiny print you did not read you are your self to blame.

but forcing people to sign up with out letting them to exit out the easy way tells me uninstall and leave.

there is plenty of other games to play.
I've had a couple of AAA games that I had to alt tab out of when they released. Not demos the full release. And Krafton makes several other games on steam like The Callisto Protocol and PUBG.

Yep! Only way to avoid all this in 2024+ is to use your great grand-mas rotary dial phone, and find your old CRT TV and Nintendo console in the attic somewhere.

I'll say it one more time because it seems to have been missed by some people.

You do not have to accept any terms, sign anything, or even connect to the Internet to play this demo.
just be born in a third world country (like me) and no one will want your data. My countrymen's passport details are being given away for free on the darknet, and you're telling me to worry about third parties finding out what I've been playing, lol. It's the problem with greedy countries.

Doesn't matter to me. First I use a junk email anyway for unwanted things. Second I use steam through my VM. And lastly, I use a VPN.
