Those are from AMDs GCN 2 architecture and above:
poorly a huge mess with their model numbers between the 200 and 400 series according to architectrue (even messier with mobile GPUs), so everything after Radeon RX540 should work if only Feature level 12_0 matters, including integrated AMD graphics.
For nVidia its everyting from 2nd gen maxwell and above,
GTX950 or GTX965M and above has feature level 12_1.
if it will not run with these GPUs (remember, they are still below minimal specs from the devs, newer drivers may not exist, and is is only for the DX12 issue, not regarding performance of these chips), make sure you have the latest drivers and windows is up to date.
intel iGPUs (HD, UHD and Iris XE graphics) seem not to work at all.

Demo is smooth , still I would prefer a short gameplay demo to test how well it will really run, because the actual gameplay mode will be more demanding.

Intro cutscenes were laggy. At the main menu i was getting 40-55 fluctuating FPS. went smooth 60-70s once inside the character creator (noticeable stutter when switching between some clothing items). I'm ngl i am a bit concerned over how it'll perform in the game's actual world. So far had no crashes which is great but still. I hope it works well. My system is a tad older but nowhere near enough to be considered weak by any means so fingers crossed i get some good FPS on release

since the CPU is pretty old, it could also be a missing instruction set in the CPU.

i think the final game need DLSS + framegen and FSR3 + frame gen for no rtx 4xxx users.
We need that for the open world scenery.

Steam Deck, though unsupported, at least started up the game, running at a blank screen now though at 31 FPS
