Will Zoi's gain and lose fat and muscle through gameplay?

I'm just wondering, because from all the gameplay we've seen every Zoi looks perfectly modeled and I have heard no mention of things like diet and exercise affecting their body tone and shape.

This would be good yes. I also would like to have the fat and muscle sliders for kids. Is it there? I only could get in the game for a bit so haven't had much time to look at it.

As of right now I highly doubt it. Hopefully, it will be put in in the future.
