Directx12 Issue
I am trying to play the game, but it doesn't let be bc of "Directx 12 is not compatibe with your device!". Fun fact: I have Directx 12! I tried reinstalling my graphics driver, but still nothing. I know that I have a potato pc, but I have directx 12 and if that isn't the issue, why doesn't it tell me?! I would be really happy if someone would explain the problem and how I can fix it (if I can)! :)

Alright something I found, Try this and if that doesn't work. Your system does not have the required specs and you'll have to use cloud gaming (shadowtech) which is also provided:

Inzoi Direct 12 X issue:

If you are currently experiencing a DirectX 12 error, please try the following steps:
Update your graphics card drivers:
NVIDIA: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/
AMD: https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html
Ensure that your Windows is fully updated
Additionally, if you are still experiencing issues after updating, please run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, also known as dxdiag.
Save the diagnostic information as a text file and submit it through the Support Page for a more detailed examination.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue
and we will provide further updates through the live-news channel as new information becomes available.
Thank you for your understanding and support

If that doesn’t work get shadowtech.
Important: If you've purchased ShadowTech, please note the following steps:
1. Download ShadowTech after your purchase.
2. Note that you cannot log into the gaming cloud yet, as it is being built for you. You will receive an email with an estimated wait time.
3. Once your gaming cloud is available, log in and ensure you are accessing the cloud desktop, not your regular desktop.
4. Within the cloud desktop, download Steam and then Inzo.
5. Remember to perform all actions within the cloud desktop, not your original desktop.
By following these steps, you'll be able to access your gaming cloud and start enjoying your ShadowTech experience.

I am having the same issue but my graphics card is Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics. I ran dxdiag and I have DirectX 12.

From what I've heard Integrated Intel GPUs like yours won't work at all with Inzoi. You're gonna have to go with either a new PC or play via Shadowtech or some other cloud gaming service.
