this game too, on a similar level. Click and just have to move the mouse up and down and right and left. so basically the same. a little difficult because of the underwear that covers a lot. but big breasts are possible. not DD cup big or higher. but up to C I think.
but the body mass is really still somewhat limited to Korean measurements.
and still needs some editing, and also a body and skin details function.
