Yeah I understand they are trying to make a more realistic approach in their character creation and we dont need anything that is absurd or ridiculous like cartoonishly big boobs or skirts for males etc but I think slightly bigger boobs/butts/thighs should definately be possible while still keeping a realistic game

I want ultra realism. My proportions of a flat rear end and man boobs are essential for authentic reality. I want my zoi to freely dance, swinging those massive man melons that even the zoi police lock my zoi up for indecent exposure and possibly wielding a weapon in a public place.

Choose the "body" tab, select "detailed edit", pull on circle in between breasts. That will make them bigger (at least it did for me). As for the butt it's probably the same.
