Black screen after cut scene?

I've restarted the game 3x and every time the first cut scene plays, it gets stuck on a black screen and won't continue. No error messages or anything. Help??

Same. Chick goes up the elevator, opens door, there's a fade out of the cinematic, and... nothing. Just a black screen with the only visible thing my cursor. :(

Solved, I got a pop-up today after trying to load the demo again - in Korean (thank you google translate) - that basically said my GTX 4090 driver wasn't up to date. No more black screen for me after the intro now that I have updated the driver.

please make sure your drivers are up to date, this game has very high graphics and your graphics cards need to be updated , this was my problem. if you get a popup in Korean click the left button as it will help you download a graphic driver and update your card.
