I would also request that the sliders have more range, as I wasn't able to create Zoi's who are curvy or have a bodybuilder-type frame.
I know that you basically do not want to straight-out copy that other life sim game (although it seems that you will definitely be the first to drive the nail in their coffin), but I think one thing they did do right throughout was offer individual eye, nose, lip presets so that you can most easily and more quickly create the character you want to create.
