Can't Launch Inzoi: "DirectX is not supported on your system" Error

Hi everyone,
I downloaded the demo for Inzoi on Steam, but I'm having trouble launching the game. When I try to start it, I get the following error message:

"DirectX is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argumznt."

I checked my system, and it says that DirectX 12 is installed, so I'm not sure why the game won't start. I also tried lauching the game with the '-dx11' argument, but I got another error saying:

"Unable to launch with RHI 'DirectX 11' since the project is not configured to support it."

Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a workaround ? Any help would be appreciated !

hey guys, if youre on windows type "dxdiag" into your search, run it, and click the 'display' tab. If you look on the bottom youll see a box that says 'directx features'. In that box there will be something that says 'directx 12 ultimate'. If the status is disabled that basically means you dont have a graphics processor capable of running the game.
Very unfortunate but for a game with graphics like this its understandable. Dw tho I'm in the same boat with my ♥♥♥♥♥♥ pc lol. we just have to get better guys

I've been having the same issue. I've updated my system / all drivers and directx 12 is already installed. I haven't been able to even launch the game. I hope they fix this issue...it seems to be affecting many.

If you have this error msg thats mean your graphic card do not support direct x 12. Upgrade your graphic card because you need a graphic card that can handle DX12 in order to run the game.

Old graphics cards do not support DX12, you need a new one.

I have direct twelve as well and its not letting me open the game. This is such a dumb problem and it hasn't been fixed yet.

As right now it seem like there’s nothing people with gpu that doesn’t support DirectX 12.2 can really do, since by forcing the game to open with -dx11 would just show a message saying: “Unable to launch with RHI ‘DirectX11’ since the project is not configured to support it”

I can confirm that GPU's that support DirectX 12.1 can run the demo. When in, tweak the settings to take some load off of your GPU, and disable raytracing which is pointless for a character creator, in my opinion.

EDIT:
Also, check if you have a dedicated GPU and not integrated graphics.

I cant get past the name screen in the create family.

Hi all, I had the same issue

Here is what I did:
- upgrade your Windows
(go to settings on your computer, check and install Windows Update)
- upgrade graphics driver (if you don't know how to do it - here is the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pk5txP33Hgo)

Because they made it a limited time thing and you missed the window. Kinda silly really they won't let us keep the creator until the game is released.
