If it's a video memory error it's your cpu. 13th and 14th gen intel are having issues with unreal engine.

For no reason I restarted the application several times and now my game works perfectly...
I made a win 8 compatibility change
start it crashed then I put it back without compatibility and the game launched without problem since then I have no more problem it's over

There is actually a really simple solution :D !!
Just join the discord and in the "live-news" channel they have acknowledged this problem and put out links to help fix the issue, however, these links are only reliable if you have the NIVIDIA or AMD graphics driver. They also linked their support page!

This is the second project that despite the presence of DirectX 12 complains that it is not installed. It's a f-king shame. I thought that developers should do the coding, not players.
