What kind of 3 year old mid range pc cannot handle this game?

Ryzen 5 5600X, RTX 3050 (yeah, I know that card is crappy, but still, it's relatively new GPU), 32 GB RAM. I am able to launch the demo TBH, but I am having stutters in the intro, which is not good sign. On the other hand, I am able to play Tchia, a game that has inZoi's minimum requirements as recommanded, on max settings with FPS way over 60 most of the time. So, go figure.

yeah time to upgrade guys. I am currently saving up to buy at least a RTX 4080. Still I will try it with my current Pc setup. I am still good as I still have the recommended Pc setup.

I kind of feel like there might just be something wrong/bugged with that piece of the intro where the cat leads you to your desk. When I started it yesterday the intro where the Zoi is running to her job interview ran beautifully smooth and then when it got to the part with the cat in the lower left corner it stuttered, froze for about 2 minutes and skipped straight to letting me enter the creator. Once in the actual creator it seems to run at an average of about 84FPS for me, I highly doubt I'll be able to run the full game though.

For reference my computer is 4 years old, built with the funds I had available at the time, 64GB RAM, an old Radeon RX570 8GB Graphics card and an Intel I5-9400 Hex core 2.9GHz; I think this game might also require SSDs, though I can't remember the specs atm that might be an issue for some people.
