-1 bought my pc 1 year ago and i can run the game perfectly fine. People should buy new pcs and dont expect new games to run on a system that is x years old.

If you think that 3 years old mid-range PC not meeting minimum requirements is OK, then we have nothing to discuss. I play PC games for about 30 years now and never in those times did I see a situation like the current one. Actually, in past (and not that long past), 3 years old mid-range PC used to be enough to meet even recommanded requirements. With this game, you are hard pressed even with 3 years old high-range PC to meet the recommanded requirements. And that's not good trend. And, sorry if you hate it, but I will complain about it whenever I see these stupidly high requirements. Which, nowadays, is in every single game :-(

What kind of 3 year old mid range pc cannot handle this game?

For some reason the videos lag my PC but the actual game (character creation) works flawless

Ryzen 5 5600X, RTX 3050 (yeah, I know that card is crappy, but still, it's relatively new GPU), 32 GB RAM. I am able to launch the demo TBH, but I am having stutters in the intro, which is not good sign. On the other hand, I am able to play Tchia, a game that has inZoi's minimum requirements as recommanded, on max settings with FPS way over 60 most of the time. So, go figure.
