With that price tag though, I hope it's like OT:R. I'll consider the full price, but with Eng subs.
Yeah, I mean if it looked like a SOA games that would be one thing, but this? NIS America has been releasing their old PS1 and PS2 classics lately which look better and are cheaper.
Same here...was expecting a price around 30€ ...no way I'll pay 50€ for RPGMaker game.
I can't imagine them stretching a story THAT long for a Goblin Slayer game, but we'll see
I feel like a game like this will probably only have 20 stages at most and should've been priced closer to $30
EDIT: just got it and it's downloading now
barely 3GB, lol...
it's not looking good, bros
Its disappointing what they are doing in the name of the anime
The only solace is that it seems to go up to Goblin Slayer 2 material, since it is featured at the bottom of the title menu, so at least there’s that I guess.
I'll say ONE good thing about it, but that's it. If you enjoy reading the LN, you'll love this game. It has a **** ton of inner monologue and stuff, so they definitely don't bother leaving anything out. There's a TON of talking, explanations, and so on.
If I wanted a VN, I would've bought one. I wish I didn't get baited by the promotional material, but this will be my first and last Bushiroad game. I'll be avoiding their games from now on.
Yeah, it's fine if you like very story heavy games, but after watching the trailers and stuff, I was under the impression it was a SRPG first and a VN second. I'm fine with SRPGs having a story. What I'm NOT fine with is VNs having SRPG elements just sprinkled in as a secondary thing because they needed a "gameplay hook" to complete the game.
It just ends up feeling lazy, that's all. Honestly, they should've just made this game a full blown VN with different routes for choices and stuff, giving the player options on how to handle the goblins or whatever in the story.
