Middle-Mouse camera rotation bug
I've got a problem with camera rotation after changing resolution.

Every thing was ok until I changed the resolution from window-mode to my native resolution (1920x1080). After that the camera goes crazy when I want to trun it around. It is impossible to adjust the camera in the way I want because it rotates in an unpredictable manner.

Changing back to window mode doesn't work. The problem is still there and Tropico 5 will be presentet in window-mode (as aspected ^^).

The only thing I can do is choose a bad resolution.... but that's not an option for me because everything looks like sh*t.

What can I do? Please help me.

I fixed this problem by right clicking the .exe file and under Properties, check the Disable DPI something something. You will know which one I am talking about. Save and restart the game. Should fix the problem.

Where is the disable DPI located at? When I hit properties I see 5 tabs: Genral, Web Document, Security, Details, Previous Versions. Which one should I go to and what should I press?

5? You should have a 6th one labelled Compatability. o_O That's where the DPI option is.

Having this same problem with rotating & camera movement using the mouse in general. Gonna see if this is the fix- seems plausible!

EDIT:: PROBLEM SOLVED! :D

It should be under Compability tab make sure to open the properties of the original .exe file tho not the shorcut's properties.

He probably opened the properties of the shortcut .exe not the original file located in Program Files(x86)
